David-Ian opened Vasstech in 2009, when he left his Licence Technician role with Volkswagen. David-Ian had worked for VW for over 13 years, achieving the highest technician status by attending all of the training courses available to him. He has been passionate about anything mechanical since he could work the lawn mower aged 10! David Ian is passionate about offering expertise in the VW group to customers without charging dealership prices.
Director
Nathalie set up Vasstech with David Ian in 2009, when she left her career in Women’s Fashion Retail. She has always been driven when it comes to meeting customer expectations and sets a high standard for the service team. Coming from a fashion retail background, Vasstech was big career change and Nathalie enjoyed learning about a new industry, applying her management and customer service skills in this new field. When Nathalie is not in reception she is busy with Vasstech’s accounts, payroll and marketing.
